Service availability, response times, pickup and drop-off, roadside assistance, and repair timing depend on location, vehicle condition, parts availability, workshop capacity, traffic, and safety conditions.
Estimates and Pricing
Any price shared before inspection is an estimate. Final pricing may change after diagnosis, inspection, parts confirmation, or discovery of additional faults. Work begins after customer approval unless emergency safety work is required.
Vehicle Diagnosis and Repairs
Diagnostic results are based on the symptoms, inspection, tools, and information available at the time. Some faults may require deeper inspection after initial checks or partial repair work.
Pickup, Drop-Off, and Roadside Assistance
Customers are responsible for providing accurate location, contact, and vehicle information. We may refuse or delay service when access is unsafe, vehicle movement is restricted, or required permissions are not available.
Warranty
Warranty coverage applies only to selected repairs and parts confirmed by our team. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unrelated faults, customer supplied parts, external damage, normal wear, or repairs performed elsewhere after our service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should remove valuables from the vehicle, disclose known vehicle issues, provide correct ownership or authorization when required, and pay approved charges according to the agreed payment method.
